Sean Reeves

Sean Reeves is the owner and founder of PrintzOnDeck LLC, a custom printing and professional services company based in New Haven, Connecticut. After the tragic death of his son, Sean On Deck Reeves, to gun violence in 2011, Sean dedicated his life to transforming grief into positive change. He established PrintzOnDeck in 2020 as both a tribute to his son’s legacy and a vehicle for community empowerment. In addition to providing high-quality custom products, Sean is deeply involved in violence prevention, youth mentorship, and entrepreneurship through initiatives like Motivate Kids Inc., a nonprofit he founded to help young people build brighter futures. Sean’s commitment to service and leadership has touched countless lives across Connecticut. He has partnered with local organizations, led more than 50 violence prevention projects, and created workforce development opportunities for area youth. Through resilience and purpose, Sean continues to inspire others by turning personal loss into hope, action, and lasting community impact.
